PLACEMENT PURPOSE
To provide pre-service Rconnection Workshop training to Reconnection Workshop applicant facilitators. Service Detail Service: Services for Military and Veteran Communities Position Type: ReConnection Workshop Adult/Position Sub Type: Adult Instructor Trainer
OPEN TIME DAYS
• Minimum of three years experience facilitating Reconnection Workshops
• Recommendation from an existing instructor trainer
• Recommendation from three facilitators who have observed facilitator's facilitation skills during Reconnection Workshops
• Able to facilitate Reconnection Workshop twice a year
• Able to determine eligibility and qualifications of RW applicants
• Available to mentor and co-teach training with new RW facilitators
• Personal or professional experience working with the military
• Master's or above mental health degree
• Able to present materials to new applicants in many different formats: slide presentations, facilitation, etc.REQUIRED TRAINING
• Reconnection Workshop pre-service Facilitator training is a pre-requisite
• Successfully Co-teach Reconnection Workshop pre-service facilitator training
