PLACEMENT PURPOSE
To lead and motivate the VIP Center intake volunteers to accomplish intake processes in a timely manner and provide an excellent experience for all new volunteers joining the American Red Cross. Volunteer Intake Processing Center Leadership Direct reporting to VIP Center Management, dotted line to Regional Volunteer Services staff.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Minimum 5 - 10 hours per week; Hours will increase during active
disaster responses
- Orientation to the American Red Cross
- Online training provided by a virtual team in Volunteer Intake and
- Screening processes and procedures
- Volunteer Connection Orientation
