PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Work as member of Regional Recruitment Team to create and implement targeted recruitment strategies for Region and local chapter area. Work with the local Volunteer Services Manager on targeted recruitment.
OPEN TIME DAYS
10 hours per week during the first six months, and fewer hours (4-6) once the recruitment initiative is up and running.｠ (this is flexible)
REQUIRED TRAINING- Volunteer Orientation
- Disaster Services: An Overview (online self study)
- Volunteer Connection (volunteer management software) Training Classes
- Understanding of volunteer positions within the Red Cross
