PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Prevent and alleviate human suffering by preparing communities and individuals before a disaster, responding to and assisting clients during disasters and helping them through the recovery process after the disaster.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Time commitment for disaster positions will vary.
Training will vary depending on the exact position but will include some in-person and online trainings as well as hands on experience observing experienced volunteers and staff.
