PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Help save lives in your community by joining our home fire campaign helping to educate residents and students on home fire safety, evacuation plans, local weather hazards and/or installing smoke alarms.
OPEN TIME DAYS
1-8hrs depending on your schedule.
Smoke alarm installation teams go out weekly throughout our 27 counties; teams are usually in the field from 9 am to 4 pm, but this is flexible based on availability.｠
Smoke alarm events usually are half days and are offered at different times throughout the year.｠
PIllowcase Project presentations are on going, generally with concentrated events during the school year. Presentations usually last an hour.
REQUIRED TRAININGAll training will be provided. Smoke alarm teams can watch youtube videos and receive brief training from local coordinator.｠
Pillowcase project presenters will have training geared toward teaching children.｠
