PLACEMENT PURPOSE
The Volunteer Engagement Specialist is part of a critical team that helps to on-board new Red Cross volunteers into the Disaster Cycle Services department.
OPEN TIME DAYS
8 to 12 hours per month, depending upon the activity
- Orientation to the American Red Cross
- Disaster Cycle Services: An Overview (Classroom or Online)
- Complete Step 1 Volunteer Leader training program
- Understand the Red Cross activity in which you are working
- Learn Red Cross computer systems as needed
