PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Assists the Red Cross in delivering its mission by providing immediate emergency services with compassion to those affected by a disaster.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Commit to working a minimum number of shifts and attend all required meetings as determined by your region/chapter.
REQUIRED TRAINING• Required:
• Disaster Cycle Services: An Overview (online EMBARC training)
• Recovery Services: An Overview (online EMBARC training)
• DAT Orientation (in person)
• Recommended:
• Psychological First Aid (classroom)
• Adult First Aid, CPR & AED (classroom)
