PLACEMENT PURPOSE
The Volunteer Management Team Lead (VMT Lead) assists the Volunteer Specialist with recruiting, training, supporting and recognizing all NH American Red Cross volunteers in a designated area. The VMT lead ensures the duties of the Volunteer Service Department are conducted accurately and in accordance with Red Cross Volunteer Management Standards and the NH areas strategic plan. The VMT Lead also ensures that all positions of the Volunteer Management Team (VMT) are delegated and carried out.
OPEN TIME DAYS
10｠hours per week minimum preferred.
* Orientation to American Red Cross (online and on-site training available).
* Volunteer Connection training.
* Volunteer Match on-line volunteer management training.
* Leadership / Supervisory training.
