PLACEMENT PURPOSE
To ensure timely on boarding of all new volunteers. This role uses the online Volunteer Connection program as the main tool to manage all Red Cross volunteers. It mixes the technical skills in interacting with data with the human component of making sure that every volunteer finds their best fit in the Red Cross.
OPEN TIME DAYS
4 hours per week.
REQUIRED TRAINING- Orientation to the American Red Cross.
- Onthejob training with volunteer supervisor.
- Volunteer Connection Orientation.
- Access level appropriate, EMBARC training (online). This is available after interview and placement onto the Intake team.
- In person training with Volunteer Services staff. This is available after interview and placement onto the Intake team.⦆
