PLACEMENT PURPOSE
A Community Volunteer Leader is a single point of contact for a community or collection of communities with the primary goal of connecting the community with the Red Cross mission.
OPEN TIME DAYS
5-10 hours per week
• Orientation to the American Red Cross
• Knowledge of and understanding of Red Cross operations, regional programs, and initiatives (will be part of on-the-job training and ongoing communications)
• Proven leadership in nonprofit or for-profit organizations.

How do we empower so many of our neighbors to respond to emergencies? By mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. We can't turn heartbreak into hope without your help!
