PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Work within the Disaster Cycle Services Department answering phones, providing follow-up casework with disaster clients, dispatching responders on disaster calls, and assisting with office tasks.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Minimum of one 4 hour shift per week during standard business hours.
Must be willing to commute to our Milwaukee office.
REQUIRED TRAINING- All training provided by Red Cross
- Orientation to American Red Cross
- Client Casework: Providing Emergency Assistance
- Client Assistance Cards
- Client Assistance System
- Oneonone training for specific projects, as needed
