PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience. Engage with blood donors to promote blood donation and set the stage for a long-term commitment to regular blood donations. Volunteers support registration and hospitality area.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Length of Donor Center Shifts approximately 2.5 hours to 6 hours
Length of Blood Drive at Collection Locations up to 5 hours REQUIRED TRAINING
• Orientation to the American Red Cross
• Donor Ambassador Training
