PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Assist the Red Cross in delivering its mission to provide relief to victims of disaster and to help prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. Within established policies and procedures, assumes responsibility to plan, assess, organize, direct and lead Disaster Action Team activities in the Territory under the guidance of the Disaster member.
