PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Assist Red Cross in delivering its mission to provide relief to victims of disaster and help prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.

OPEN TIME DAYS
4 hours per week in the office and attendance at monthly disaster meeting.

REQUIRED TRAINING
  • Disaster Services: An Overview (online)
  • Disaster Action Team Fundamentals (online)
  • Client Casework: Providing Emergency Assistance (online)
  • Serving People with Functional and Access Needs (online)
    CAS 2.0 training
  • Psychological First Aid
