Great Strides is the CFF’s largest national fundraiser where each year more than 125,000 people participate in hundreds of walks across the country to support the Foundation’s mission; to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives by funding research and drug development, promoting individualized treatments, and ensuring access to high quality, specialized care.Oxford Great Strides attracts over 100 participants each year and raises over $20,000 to support the mission of the CF Foundation.
Setup begins at 7:30AM, with registration beginning at 9AM. We have volunteer opportunities including setup, registration, t-shirt booths, food/beverage stations, teardown, route markers, etc. The walk begins at 10AM and the event will end at 12PM. Teardown will take place until 1PM.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation raises funds towards research for a cure for cystic fibrosis through numerous special events throughout the year. It expands awareness and provides education about CF.
