VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE IN: Greenwich, CT ONLY! A new Donor Center is opening in mid September at 99 Indian Field, Road in Greenwich!

PLACEMENT PURPOSE:

-A Donor Ambassador is a blood drive volunteer who provides assistance to blood donors and Blood Services Collection staff at collection sites through the roles of hospitality and reception. The Donor Ambassadors cannot engage in phlebotomy or preform or assist in any medical procedure.

-This position is open to people who have transportation, enjoy working with people and have interest in honing customer service skills

Shift Times:

Monday & Tuesdays from 11:00 AM to 7:15 PM and Friday & Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM at the Donor Center at 99 Indian Field Road in Greenwich, CT.

Two blood drive shifts per month is required to remain an active volunteer in good standing and must be able to commit for a minimum of six months. Shifts are approximately 4 hrs. Must be at least 16 yrs of age or older.
