PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Responsible for assisting the Development Coordinator in routine tasks that must be performed daily, weekly, monthly, etc. These tasks include database data entry, database maintenance, importing records into the database, donor receipt mailings, miscellaneous mailings, removing duplicate records, donor research and other administrative functions as necessary. Some phone calls to confirm receipt of a mailing or to ask for correct mailing address etc. No soliciting. No asking for money. Training and written instructions will be provided.
