You work hours that you determine, from your own location, but you receive heavy tutelage and direction. This is an opportunity to play an integral role ensuring the successful operation of our Human Resources department.
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will support the HR team in the completion of projects and task such as: employee data management, creating job postings, sourcing candidates and other HR duties as assigned. This is a volunteer opportunity that will work remotely most of the time. Since the HR group is based in New York, we prefer you live in or near NYC as we will on occasion schedule onsite meetings. You will be working closely with the Project Director and CEO. Have HR experience great, no experience but eager to learn also welcomed!
