The Southwest Maker Fest is February 19th 2022 in downtown Mesa.
We are seeking volunteers to assist with set-up of the event during the morning.
Set-up volunteer responsibilities:
- Help arrange physical items (lift up to 30 lbs) like chairs, tables, pop-up tents, sandbags, etc.
- Checking-in vendors/exhibitors/sponsors (signing them in on comprehensive festival list)
- Usher in exhibitor vehicles and coordinate unloading/parking to designated areas
- Assisting exhibitors as needed with their unloading and set-up
