The 4th annual Southwest Maker Fest is this March 11th in downtown Mesa.

We are seeking volunteers to manage the info booths to assist attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and other volunteers on the day of the event.

There are several available shifts corresponding to different times of the day on March 11th. See the title of the volunteer position to define which position you are signing up for.

Info Booth Volunteer responsibilities:

- show up on time for your shift

- wear volunteer shirt given to you day of the event

- depending on shift you may be setting up, maintaining or breaking down the designated info booth you are assigned to (3 booths on site at different areas of event).

- Provide assistance where needed to attendees (first aid kit, general event info, directions, etc.)

- Remain at booth during entirety of shift with exception of needed breaks (restroom, food, etc.)

- Ensure safety of immediate surroundings (local awareness of trip hazards for example)

- Provide wi-fi info to any who ask for it
