The Business Process Analyst will examine all of the business processes within the organization; their mission is to identify, map, evaluate and implement changes to the workflows and tasks to improve the operations. We understand this volunteer position is a fairly complex one so we are prepared to have a professional BPM person mentor whomever we select for this positin.

The successful candidate for this position will have experience in workflow mapping, process analysis and process re-engineering. The successful candidate will also have some experience in change management methods.

The requisite skills and qualifications are:

  • process discovery

  • process mapping and modeling

  • metrics

  • key performance indicators (KPI)

  • collaboration

  • decision-making

  • change management

  • process monitoring
