Committed and creative invididual needed to serve as an Executive Assistant for the CEO of SoulDeevas, a division of the Kingdom City Fellowship.
SoulDeevas operates on three tiers: it is a life coaching service; a networking association for Christian women and it is developing a sports/arts academy for girls in Rahway, New Jersey. The academy will feature dance, step, majorette and basketball teams, as well as a performing arts division.
The Executive Assistant will work with the CEO primarily on the implementation of each of these programs.
Skills needed for this role include Internet research, data entry, strong writing skills and critical thinking. The selected candidate MUST have access to the Internet and must also have a working email address. Candidates who have experience with dance, step, majorette and/or basketball are STRONGLY preferred.
The CEO will communicate with the EA once a week via email and/or phone. The EA will be needed to come to the office once a month on a Saturday (at a time to be determined) to serve for about two hours. The office is located in downtown Rahway (directly across the street from the Rahway Train Station).

Description
Friends of MJHS ("Friends") is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of generating contributions, pledges and funds for the development and ongoing support of Citadel Academy Prep School (CAPS), a school that will provide students in grades 6-8 with a high quality Christian education through a well balanced, yet challenging curriculum that ministers to the spirit, soul and body.
Friends will also provide funds, management and ongoing support of The SoulDeevas Performing Arts Company, a character building sports and arts program that will serve all youth regardless of their religious affiliation. The SoulDeevas will include programs that provide activities, resources and support during critical out-of-school time hours in a safe, nurturing environment that works from a strengths-based, youth development perspective.
