PowerNetwork (PN) is the interactive career development headquarters for budding professionals looking to match their unique skills and interests with the best fitting career path. PowerNetwork recruits professionals (Power Consultants) from fortune 500 companies, top Universities, and non-profit organizations with at least three years of experience to provide valuable career specific consultation (Power Sessions) for our members. PN Members are also supported through career development thought leadership focused on networking and holistic career skills. The PN career development framework is informed by an Advisory Board of senior level professionals and University Professors dedicated to innovative career and mentoring practices.

Description

PowerNetwork has a social mission to eliminate underemployment for motivated and educated millennials through conversations with experienced professionals in a specific career field. By increasing social capital, PowerNetwork will bridge communities across race, gender, and socioeconomic status to create a more fair and equitable labor market for all.
