About

Are you interested in becoming an Intern for The Ecology Center?

All of our Intern programs are three months in duration, with a weekly schedule set up that will work for you. During this time, you will be engaged in hands-on learning situations, employee shadowing opportunities, lunch-and-learn trainings, and be included in a variety of meetings and other events that highlight the inner workings of non-profit business and practices. Individuals must also provide proof they are recieving academic credit for fulfilling this internship.

In this particular instance, we are looking for someone who would like to help with promoting our workshops, both on and offsite. Our public programs here at The Ecology Center are a very important way that we communicate to our community and help to spread education around simple solutions that make big change. Intern activities would include article writing, social media posting, and online calender entries, among others.

Please reach out to info@theecologycenter.org if you are interested, and confirm that you would be recieving academic credit.

We are looking forward to providing a fun and educational expereince for you! This is a wonderful opportunity to dive deeper into what we do as an organization, and the non-profit world in general. We are looking for someone who can begin in as soon as possible.
