Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia is starting a Girls on the Run site at our Hodges Manor Unit in Portsmouth. We are seeking two volunteers to run the program.
- Hours are 4:15-6pm Monday and Wednesday
- Training will be provided through Girls on the Run
- The last training available is March 3rd from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m.
- Applications, online training, and background check are required before the classroom training.
Girls on the Run inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.
At the end of the program, the girls will get to participate in the 5k at Virginia Wesleyan. You can be a part of this experience!
