Volunteer Coordinator For EFPN

The Midland County Emergency Food Pantry Network (EFPN) is looking for a volunteer coordinator. The volunteer will be responsible for creating and maintaining a listing of current volunteers . The volunteer coordinator will assist in getting volunteers for various EFPN activities such as the postal drive, Balloon Fest collection, Farmer's Market Produce pick-up and after Thanksgiving collection. The volunteer will have access to groups and individuals who have helped in the past to aid in filling the necessary slots. The coordinator will maintain a list of volunteer needs for EFPN in order to be able to respond to people wishing to volunteer with EFPN. The coordinator will periodically contact pantry representatives , program leaders and office manager to see if they have specific volunteer needs. It is expected that the volunteer coordinator will respond to potential volunteers in a timely manner. Being able to work with Excel is desired.
