ORACLE Religious Association (ORA) is a twenty-five year old public non-profit whose mission is to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a wounded world; providing experiences to adults and youth that enable them to come into a deeper sense of self-worth and become change agents in society. ORA has designed, developed and implemented more than fifteen programs ranging from youth programs to women's healing.
All of these programs generate print and digital assets each time an event occurs consisting of brochures, books along with digital assets such as still images and DVDs. Across the years the assets have been stored in multiple places. Much of these assets can be used in anticipated marketing and sales campaigns, however the assets need to be identified, tagged with metadata and stored within an appropriate filing system.
The Digital Asset Manager will setup a separate storage location for both the digital and print assets. The Digital Asset Manager will develop an Excel spreadsheet to capture the metadata for each asset along with the location of the asset.
The Digital Asset Manager work under the supervision of the Founder and CEO of the organization to provide context that translates into metadata for each asset.
