Families will be bringing their tents and spending a fun-filled evening under the stars!
Here are the following Volunteer shifts:
Friday, April 29
Check-in volunteers (under a tent in a sunny space in staff parking lot, will stock with waters)
Setup - Assist with directing guests to things like artmaking, foodservice, restrooms, and the campsite location.
Art Making - These people need to be able to assist with the Spoonflower activities and generally greet guests and share info. If there is not an immediate need with the art-making, volunteers will be shifted to help with busssing/foodservice help during dinner
Foodservice assistants - These people will help the NCMA team with making guests comfortable, bussing tables, helping find places to sit, and keeping the area clean.
Saturday April 30
Foodservice Assistants - These people will help the NCMA team with making guests comfortable, bussing tables, helping find places to sit, and keeping the area clean.
Breakdown assistance - Helping to takedown the items we've installed for the event--putting away games, cleaning up the site, etc.
