Support Mentor Dubuque by joining our Advisory Council. This is a great "starter" opportunity for those interested in serving on Boards or for those who want a less formal Board experience. Our Advisory Council helps us with the planning of fundraisers and by asking for donations. We meet quarterly and will help you gain valuable skills in communicating, event planning, and fundraising. We are especially looking for people with marketing and graphic design skills.
Mentor Dubuque matches adult volunteers with a youth living the community. Mentors serve as positive role models and spend time with the mentee doing things like playing catch, fishing, and eating pizza. This is what Advisory Council members help support!

Description
Mentor Dubuque recruits, screens, trains and supports adult mentors for children. We serve youth in Dubuque and Jackson Counties. Mentoring is playing ball, eating pizza, and learning new skills.
