Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization operated on Christian principles that seeks to put God’s love into action by building homes, communities and hope. Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions.

Description

The ReStore is a discount home improvement store that sells donated building materials to the general public. Proceeds help build Habitat for Humanity homes in your community.

Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity ReStore focuses on keeping quality, usable building materials out of our landfills. ReStore accepts new and used material donations from individuals, retailers and contractors, and then sells those materials back to the general public at deeply discounted prices.
