The Living Well Workshop Leaders assist Wellness Services by facilitating six-week Living Well self-management workshops that help participants build skills and tools to effectively deal with ongoing health conditions, such as diabetes, asthma, heart disease, chronic pain, arthritis and hypertension.
This position requires a four-day training and certification process that includes facilitating at least one six-week workshop per year.
