Michael’s Closet is a clothing 'boutique’ where the people with disabilities can find professional clothing and accessories for their job interviews and work at no cost. Michael’s Closet volunteers ensure this valuable resource is maintained and can be utilized by the people we serve. Volunteers help us fulfill our mission of unlocking potential and opening doors to success for people with disabilities through creative solutions and customized support.
Volunteers duties include: * Sort and organize clothes * Help staff and the people we serve "shop" for needed items * Accept donations

Description
Rise offers over 40 programs to assist people in meeting their employment and housing goals. These include vocational assessment, career planning, job training, job placement, and follow-up support services as well as outreach to people who are homeless, independent living skills training, and transitional housing. Headquartered in Spring Lake Park since 1971, Rise has 30 offices located in the Twin Cities, St. Cloud, and Western Wisconsin, and we work with hundreds of businesses in those communities.
