We need someone to put together a monthly newsletter about universal design news. We can give you a list of websites to pull the content from -- it doesn't need to be all original content -- it can be "re-published" items. We are using Constant Contact and have a template set up, but it needs some tweeking.
You need to be very familiar with Constant Contact and we prefer working with someone local. (Virtual volunteers haven't worked out for us)
It would also be great if you were familiar with PowerPoint.

Mission Statement
HE UNIVERSAL DESIGN COALITION (UDC) advocates Universal Design concepts and use in the SunCoast area and beyond. At present, our primary focus has been to develop presentations, which are part of communication and education programs centered on identifying Universal Design initiatives that help to implement new Living Environment practices.

Such as Architects, Builders, Remodelers, Product Representatives, Health Professionals, Realtors, Designers, Life Style Consultants, and Property Managers.
Purpose:
Educating the Public on the beneficial aspects of Universal Design - allowing all age groups accessible housing.
