Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone reception
- Greet guests at the door
- Assist with general office tasks
- Assist with general cleaning of office spaces, community room, kitchen and bathrooms
- Provide receipts for donations
- Sort, store or organize donations
Qualifications:
- Sensitivity to the needs of low-income, culturally diverse, mentally ill, and victims of abuse
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- General computer knowledge
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with others
- Must be capable of lifting up to 10 pounds and walking up and downstairs
Shifts are flexible; office hours are listed below:
- 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday
- 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Friday
