One volunteer is needed to update and/or re-create forms and internal documents. Basic use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel will be necessary. Other skills such as a flare for laying things out or grahic design experience would be helpful, but are not mandatory.
The museum is a small non-profit in the process of updating its business organization. This volunteer should have experience with non-profits and with work flow management. Museum experience would be a plus.
This opportunity - can be either a short term - "come in and get things organized" job, or it can become a long-term relationship with the volunteer finding other opportunities within the museum.
