On Saturday, May 20th, 2017, we are holding our 2017 Mohawk Valley March for Babies. We need volunteers to help with set up, registration, various activities, and tear down. We anticipate around 600 walkers so we could definately use some help! We understand that it is a long day, so if you would like to work a shorter shift, we can accomodate for you. Light refreshments will be served to volunteers.
It will be a fun filled day and all proceeds will go towards various educational programs and research to help fight birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. We carry out this mission through research, community services, education and advocacy to save babies' lives. March of Dimes researchers, volunteers, educators, outreach workers and advocates work together to give all babies a fighting chance against the threats to their health: prematurity, birth defects, low birthweight.
