LOGAN Hope is a Christ-centered K-8 school that provides rigorous, holistic education for under-resourced students in the Logan neighborhood of Philadelphia. We seek to transform our community by equipping our students for academic success through character and leadership development.

Currently, Cambodians make up the poorest demographic in Philadelphia, have a 70% high school dropout rate, and the lowest college attendance rate of any ethnic group in America. As a response to these alarming statistics, the three primary services LOGAN Hope offers are an alternative street school for grades K-8, an after-school program, and a summer day camp.

We are currently searching for volunteers for our Development Director. These volunteers would work directly with the Development Director and would have opportunities to assist in the planning and coordination of events, provide assistance with daily tasks, and other hands-on opportunities.

While this internship position says "full-time" there are part-time internships available.

Description

LOGAN Hope is also intentional about making their ministry accessible to those least able to afford it. For this reason, students' tuition makes up less than 5% of the school's operating budget and there is usually little or no charge to attend their other programs.
