"We must love each other and support each other"
City Solidarity is an opportunity to do just this. Show love and care for our displaced neighbors and friends. Each Thursday evening, we will gather at different locations across NYC to spend time with and distribute items (food, clothing, toiletries, reading materials, blankets, and etc.) to homeless individuals.
We need volunteers to help us organize materials, transport materials, and/or distribute materials on this day. We also need individuals to help us identify areas with high populations of displaced individuals in need.
Weekly commitments are not necessary, and at most you will give two hours of your day to this project.
