We have a year group of 15-16yr olds in Slough who would like to hear from Business people about their career. Through an activity around the world of work we run a series of workshops we hope to inspire the next generation. The culmination of this days activities is a 6-8 person business panel who they can ask questions of.
There is nothing to prepare
This activity is to encourage young people to understand the benefits of an apprenticeship route into careers.

Mission Statement
By providing a link between businesses and schools, Learning to Work creates opportunities to raise aspirations and develop the skills of today’s young people and have been providing this quality service to the world of education and business in the local area for over 20 years.
Description
We currently support over 30,000 children in the local area running curriculum events to assist local schools. The local area being Bracknell, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and Slough Borough. We reach out to support both Primary and Secondary education therefore age 4-19yrs. We look for corporate membership and school membership to fund the charitable organisation and have been running successfully for over two decades. We also survive off the generous volunteering offered by both individuals and corporations.
