Our Service Navigator is the first point of contact for many of our potential clients. She offers support and guidance to help individuals find the JRI program to fit their family's needs.
We are looking for a volunteer to assist the Service Navigator with the following tasks:
- Initiate follow up contact with potential clients via telephone
- Data entry-update excel tracking spreadsheet
- Assist in the development of a state wide resource guide

Justice Resource Institute is a private, nonprofit human services agency. We seek to provide the highest quality counseling, prevention, behavioral health, education, medication, advocacy, foster care, community living and elderly services to all of our clients in a safe and caring environment in order to maximize the potential in all of us. We have been meeting the needs of families throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island for more than 40 years.
