YTech Digital Lifehacks: a series of 6 workshops targeted for young adults experiencing or at risk of homelessness, focusing on real-world digital skills that will increase participant access to employment, education and other important resources, including housing and healthcare. Participants will have the opportunity to earn laptops, tablets, and internet connection through hotspots.

Workshop 5: LinkedIn Profile and Social Media Privacy (Thursday, March 23rd)

Participants will create or update their LinkedIn profile, for successful job search purposes. They will also learn how to find and adjust their privacy settings on other social media platforms to make sure their digital footprint is professionally appropriate.

We are looking for volunteer co-facilitators or teaching assistants. Volunteer co-facilitators would be trained on the curriculum and team-teach a workshop with another volunteer or staff person. Teaching assistants would help with set-up and individual one-on-one assistance throughout the workshop. Time commitment could range from 2 hours/week to 2 hours/month.
