The Taproot Foundation is currently recruiting Account Directors for our pro bono Salesforce Database projects. Account Directors are responsible for leading our pro bono projects, managing the high-level relationship with nonprofits, staffing and leading a team of consultants, and keeping a bird’s-eye view of the project. The Account Director also works closely with a Taproot Program Manager to track progress and resolve challenges to ensure the successful completion of each project.
A successful Account Director:
- Has 10 years of experience in high-level management of technical projects, particularly database projects
- Has managed leadership teams and led successful change efforts
- Has negotiated executive or board-level relationships
- Has Director, VP, or Partner-level experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce a plus, but not required
A Service Grant project requires a 3-5 hour commitment each week over the course of approximately 6 months. This opportunity is flexible enough to work around the schedule of a full-time job.
