The Family & Peer Support Helpline provides invaluable support, resources and referrals to all callers.
NAMI San Diego needs a Helpline Intern to assist the Outreach Program Manager, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. As an intern you will work the helpline to answer live calls, assist with building a database of resources and training.
The Helpline is not a crisis line. Additional Training required. 6 month commitment minimum. General computer and phone skills required. Bilingual preferred.
