Crossroads Hospice

Do you like to listen to people share their stories? Use your creative writing and listening abilites to help our Crossroads Hospice patients create their Ultimate Gift of Gratitude for their family, their story! Our volunteers, through a series of interviews and dialoges, create a beautiful leather bound Life Journal on-line through our custom program. Help the patient to tell their story and leave bhind a legacy for generations to come. Training on journals will be provided.

Example: A family came to proofread a journal and the daughter said, dad that story isn't correct so we need to delete it. Fathers response was "honey yes your mother really did that when we were on vacation and she never did it again" many tears of joy.

Mission Statement

Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care is committed to being at the forefront of the hospice care industry, to continually shape the way palliative care is viewed and administered so that everyone can expect more from us.

Description

Expect More From Us. We Do. Why not? That's a question we ask ourselves every day. In fact it is the question responsible for our beginning and has made us what we are today. Because "why not?" helps us find new and better ways to deliver hospice care to patients, families, caregivers, and health care professionals alike. It helps us connect with our communities, share our knowledge, be accessible 24/7, innovate, lead, and raise the bar. In fact "why not?" has helped us create a hospice experience we believe is second to none...and are confident you'll agree.
