MATTER is a non-profit on a mission to expand access to health, next door and around the world.
As a fast paced, growing non-profit, we are looking for a few dedicated volunteers to become the first impression of our organization. Culture is important at MATTER and the right person for the position will be high energy, organized, and able to make informed independent decisions. This person will also need a "take initiative" kind of attitude and an excitement for MATTER.
Tasks of the position will include:
Greeting guests
Answering the phone and directing calls
Answering general questions about donations
Managing the greeter board
Making coffee and refilling the water tank
Helping to maintain general cleanliness of the space
Our tasks as it fits based on your skills and personality (i.e. data entry, mailings, email etc)
MATTER began this position a year ago and have had a great success with another volunteer. We would like to supplement this position. Shifts available are below
Monday Noon-4:00
Tuesday 8:30-noon & noon-4:00
Wednesday noon-4:00
Thursday 8:30-noon & noon-4:00
Friday 8:30-noon
