Do you have retail management experience, as well as a love for the WNC Nature Center? Apply to become a Volunteer Retail Assistant at the Nature Center gift shop! We are looking for volunteers with retail experience who can commit to a long term service.
Role of the Volunteer Retail Assistant: The Volunteer Retail Assistant will assist the Retail Operations Manager in duties including, but not limited to:
- Customer service
- Answering questions
- Making sales
- Helping with inventory tracking
We are looking for volunteers for who share a passion for excellent customer service and our mission to provide support to the Center through fundraising, events, marketing and partnering in planning for the future.
