Students in the Fresh Futures Youth Program will spend the day participating in activities related to health & wellness. They willl visit education booths setup by our community partners. In addition, students will spend time participating in mini-athletic competitions including inflatable obstacle course, Wii dance competition, jump-rope challenge, hoola-hoop challenge, shuttle-run, basketball and football toss and many other physical activities, flag football and a host of other games that will encourage teambuilding and a positive competitive spirit.
Volunteers are needed to monitor and assist with our competitive games/field day activites during the event.
When: Saturday, Mar 4, 2017
Where: Weaver Center for Community Outreach 616 A. Philip Randolph Blvd.
Time: 10:00am-12:00pm with volunteer arrivals at 9:30am for breakfast & instructions
