Every Wednesday at 10 am we have Coffee with Jamie. That is an opportunity for people to come in to check out the DAC with no obligations. We can take a tour and talk about things you, as a volunteer, like to do and how we can incorporate them with our Consumers.
We are looking for people to just come in to work one-on-one visting with or reading to consumers.
Helping with crafts/sensory activities
Lunch time activities
Accompanying staff and consumers on walks and community outings
Assist consumers and staff withloom-woven rugs
Custome paper making
Playing board games
We also have opportunities to be part of our vibrant active Board of Directors, and Finance Committees.
