In our experiences we have received volunteers, we advise young people, and adults who intend to increase their experience in investing with, English language teaching, farming, Sports,Art,and intend to create unity among us and their partners. We also need volunteers who can open a CSM branch in their country, with the ability to manage the activities of tourism and activities of CSM of social projects
We will be delighted to find volunteers who are able to access the community from the center, by sharing ideas.
Food and accommodation:
Food and accommodation will be safe for volunteers and cheaper, because we realize that volunteers are not business
We also offer an opportunity to visit wildlife parks, climbing a mountainous Kilimanjaro, Kibo, etc.
We offer certificates for volunteers, especially when they are finishing the time to do for us ,
to increase the features of their CVsA 12-year-old boy and more are very needed for us, to look forward to the desire he has to come here for us in Tanzania
We also have friends in neighboring countries, where they can go to visit, like Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia
We need young people or elders who are able to volunteer in our society for social projects, and church projects, even for entrepreneurship, and Bible knowledge.
We need volunteers to relocate tourist, business, agriculture, education, and the work of the office of csm.All volunteers who would like to explore ancient things

The CSM as an NGO has a Mission of to offer all kind of necessary basic need of Orphans,and widows, especially , We also offer assistance to the daily needs for orphans, such as: the needs of schools, food and clothing. We help widows and disadvantaged people, by providing them with capital, and capacity building in order to be creative entrepreneurs Other goals are to work with volunteers and tourists come here to Tanzania, the aim is to help the community of Tanzanians
Description
1. Helped more than 3500 small scale farmers to know the methods of organic, agribusiness trade and access to markets for their produced.
2. Mill process is our best income generating project
3 .We unity with international institutions to send Volunteers come to work for us
4. Fields of vegetables and fruits and sell domestic and overseas markets
5. we provide livestock to poor families so they have better nutrition and paved the way milk making money
6.Orphans Pre-school is our best way to successed out our Project
