Are you interested in Alzheimer's Research? Would you like to join the UC Davis & Alzheimer's Associaiton Wellness Forum coming to Berkeley? The 9th Annual African American Caregiving and Wellness Forum will feature discussions of recent developments in Alzheimer's resarch and advocacy. This event will be especially benefitical for caregivers for people living with Alzheimer's. We are looking for volunteers participatining in the event and promoting free services through the Public Authority for In-Home Care Providers and Consumers.

Our mission is to give people in need, IHSS consumers a voice in how services are provided, to improve the availability and quality of homecare, and to support services that enhance the lives of seniors and persons with disabilities who choose to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.
Description
The Public Authority for In-Home Support Services supports seniors and persons with disabilities by providing access to pre-screened homecare workers.
